Coming in by ferry
Island ferries rarely keep to the minute. Add your expected arrival time and line name when you book so we can plan around the timetable. After you leave the vessel, stay contactable by phone — we will text or call with the exact rendezvous point, or let you know if we are finishing another return nearby.
July and August fill up fast; reserving early secures the category you want. Travelling with bulky bags? Tell us in the notes and we will recommend a roomier car or a different vehicle type.
Port meetings within our service hours
Bringing your rental to Parikia port during 08:00–22:00 is part of our standard service — there is no extra location charge for a normal-hours handover at the harbour. Returns at the port follow the same window. Meetings outside those hours can be arranged; they may include the €10 out-of-hours supplement described in our rental terms.
Where we meet you
There is no permanent kiosk on the pier. From the ferry, head toward the passenger walkway and main quay — we agree a specific spot and time in advance, and a colleague arrives with the keys and rental documents. Lost on the day? Use the numbers on our contact page and we will guide you in.
How to book harbour pickup
In the online form, set your pickup to the port / Parikia option, enter your ferry details where asked, and submit — we confirm by email once the request is accepted.
